Face of Utah is Aging and Becoming More Ethnic

Utah’s population is undergoing a dramatic transformation and those changes will only intensify over time. That’s the conclusion of a new study just released by the University of Utah’s Bureau of Economic and Business Research (BEBR). The study Utah’s Demographic Transformation: A View into the Future was produced by BEBR Senior Research Economist Pamela Perlich, who analyzed census data to draw her conclusions.

The Rivalry Week celebration will be held on the Marriott Library Plaza, Monday, Nov. 17 beginning at noon. University President Michael K. Young will address the crowd. Ute coaches, players, and cheerleaders will also speak and lead the crowd in cheers.

For the fourth year in a row, the Financial Times has ranked the David Eccles School of Business (DESB) Executive MBA program among the top programs in the world. According to the report, being published in the Oct. 27 issue, the David Eccles School of Business Executive MBA program was ranked 34 in the United States and 80 in the world. Faculty research output was ranked 22 in the U.S.
